Bowling Party
We are so thankful for our "Wednesday Church" family. There is a church just 2 miles up the road from our home and they have excellent children's programming. Last week was the last week for the school year so they had a bowling party. Rhett and Leah had never been bowling before and they LOVED it.
Rhett had interesting form: run up and chuck it. It worked pretty well!
When it was Leah's turn, everyone had time to lie down and wait for her ball to make it all the way down the lane.
They bowled with their friends Brady and Brock. Not bad for their first time!

We had a fun few days celebrating the boys' birthdays. Rhett had been counting down since he turned the calendar from February to March. Trey was content and happy as he is everyday. Rhett had kindergarten screening the morning of his birthday, took treats to school, and had program at school that night. We ate supper and ice cream at Braums before his program to celebrate. We had their party at Big Papa's and Grandma Sauce's house on Saturday and all the cousins were there. CRAZY! Rhett had been certain since Trey was born that they would have a McQueen and Mater cake for this birthday. We so enjoy both our boys. They are completely different and wonderful. Love you Rhett & Trey!

Out of the mouths of babes
Just a few tidbits from the weekend:
Rhett: Momma, God has a mustache. I saw it in the burning bush when Moses was talking to him. He has a mustache like Moses.
Leah (after I replaced the toilet paper roll for her): Thanks, Mom. You saved my life.
Rhett (after seeing a Bud Light commercial on TV): We make beer at school all the time. Cowboys drink it. Luke and I make beer all the time.
Trey: Na na na na na na na na na na. Da da da da da da da da da.
